Vacancy available: we are hiring a heat pump installer in Worcestershire, England. You will be based for a renewable heating installation company. Ideal candidate: • G3 unvented cylinder qualification an advantage • F-Gas Category 1 certification or equivalent refrigerant handling cert • 18th Edition wiring regs or equivalent electrical competency The role involves: • Connect flow and return pipework to the buffer tank or cylinder • Pull a vacuum on the system with a vacuum pump and micron gauge • Mount the outdoor unit on anti-vibration brackets on a solid base • Hand over the system to the customer and explain the controls • Wire the outdoor and indoor units back to the controller and isolator • Weigh in and charge the correct refrigerant gas per manufacturer spec 4+ years on the tools preferred.
