Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Erath County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Erath County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Day-to-day duties: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Rotating shifts.
