We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
