Shuttering fixer • Bremer County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Bremer County, Iowa. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules On a typical shift you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
