Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
