What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
