Elevator service technician — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Jackson County, Wisconsin. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On the job you will handle: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Part-time with flexible hours.
