Brickwork mason — Griggs County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Griggs County, North Dakota. You will be based on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools On the job you will handle: • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
