Oven operator wanted in McKinley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in McKinley County, New Mexico. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer We offer $170 per day plus benefits.
