Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Lonoke County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
