Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Saint Bernard Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 5+ years on the tools preferred.
