Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Aurora County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
