Plant operator • Mower County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Mower County, Minnesota. You will be based at an auto-parts workshop. You will change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; set up and start the machine as per the job card; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
