The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
