Urgent requirement: GTAW welder (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Rockingham County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $260 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
