We are recruiting: we are hiring a general labourer in Effingham County, Georgia. The job is with a civil contractor. What we are looking for: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain On a typical shift you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
