Pastry baker wanted in Awka South

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Awka South, Anambra State. You will be based at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
