Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
