Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request.
