Urgent requirement: cnc setter-operator (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in North Ayrshire, Scotland. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
