Materials handling operator — Bowie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Bowie County, Texas. You will work at a busy distribution centre. You should have: • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis The role involves: • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely 6+ years on the tools preferred.
