Screen and mesh technician • Sefton, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a screen and mesh technician in Sefton, England. You will be based on a balcony or veranda installation. Your main tasks: • Drill and fix mounting brackets, hinges and catches to window frames • Clean and service existing screens, replacing worn rollers and springs • Fit magnetic strips to hinged and door screens for a self-closing seal • Replace torn or sagging mesh on existing screen frames • Cut aluminium screen frame profiles to size with a mitre saw • Adjust tension springs and rollers on retractable screen units Requirements: • Experience measuring and fitting made-to-measure fly screens • Physically fit for carrying frames and working on-site all day • Skilled with a spline roller, mitre saw and rivet gun Part-time with flexible hours. £1,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
