Powder coater — Washakie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Washakie County, Wyoming. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
