Join our team: MIG/MAG welder (Scotland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in East Ayrshire, Scotland. You will work at a busy production line. On the job you will handle: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
