We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Your main tasks: • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
