Immediate opening: ironing operator (Katsina State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an ironing operator in Kafur, Katsina State. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. On the job you will handle: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
