The role involves: • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel 1+ years on the tools preferred.
