Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Clatsop County, Oregon. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
