Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor screeder in Otsego County, Michigan. You will work at an infrastructure site. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
