Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in City of Edinburgh, Scotland. On the job you will handle: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
