Powder coating sprayer • Lee County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Lee County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
