Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
