You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Six days a week, one day off.
