Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Scotland County, North Carolina. You will work on re-roofing and repair jobs. You should have: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) The role involves seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
