Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Somerset, England. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
