Ductable AC technician — Muscatine County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Muscatine County, Iowa. You will work at an air conditioning service centre. Day to day you will braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge. You should have: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Presentable and polite with customers on site Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
