Front desk agent — Winnebago County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a front desk agent in Winnebago County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system Requirements: • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience • Good telephone manner and clear written communication At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
