Now hiring: we are hiring a site labourer in Logan County, Arkansas. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions On the job you will handle: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
