Structural MIG welder wanted in DeWitt County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in DeWitt County, Illinois. You will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
