QC technician • Kimball County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Kimball County, Nebraska. You will work on a garment production line. On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings. What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Rotating shifts.
