What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
