Now hiring: we are hiring an access scaffolder in Kleberg County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner Ideal candidate: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
