Gas commissioning technician wanted in Harvey County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Harvey County, Kansas. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Your main tasks: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
