Double glazing installer — City of Fredericksburg

We are recruiting: we are hiring a double glazing installer in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. You will fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
