Front desk associate — Dundee City

Vacancy available: we are hiring a front desk associate in Dundee City, Scotland. You should have: • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check You will run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS); monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows.
