Join our team: hoist operator (Pennsylvania)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hoist operator in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Day to day you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block.
