Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Jefferson County, Montana. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
