Paint and prep technician • Mason County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Mason County, Texas. You will be based at a busy body shop. The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
