Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Appanoose County, Iowa. You will be based in a refurbishment property. Day to day you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; check walls for plumb and level as you go; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
