Coating plant operator wanted in Johnson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Johnson County, Nebraska. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 1+ years on the tools preferred.
